Before finding Kash Hospitality Group. Inc, Pat Kashani has worked in restaurants and hospitality since 2000 as a bar back, dish washer and food runner! He quickly grew a love for the industry as a bartender and soon after he found himself in management of restaurants and bars in the great metropolitan Portland, Oregon area.

In 2002, he relocated to Honolulu, Hawai’i where he began laying the groundwork of what was going to be the first of the first Tropics Restaurant & Bar.
By 2005 Tropics was introduced into the Honolulu bar scene with an extremely exciting and fresh pitch on quality live entertainment, craft beers, great cocktails and first-class hospitality.
Since then, he has built a team of owners, managers, mixologists, and chefs that have opened, operated, and acquired restaurant concepts throughout the U.S. Multiple Tropic’s locations, Auntie Pastos Italian Restaurants, My Big Fat Greek Restaurants, Hoptology Beer Lab, and more that are still expanding to this day across the U.S.
In 2018, Pat founded Kash Hospitality Group, then formed Tropics Restaurant Group and then Beer Geek Hospitality Group
That now owns and operates over 8 establishments with multiple concepts from restaurants, to pubs and even a brewery located in Hilo, Hawai’i.
